About Us Yves Salama Yves is a management
executive with over 30 years of financial, operational and strategic
analysis experience. He has helped organizations develop and implement
overall strategy, and identify performance gaps and opportunities and
implement actions that improve the overall organization. His focus is to
balance the business objectives of the organization with the various
competing stakeholders. Yves spent 16 years at Merrill
Lynch where he was Vice President in Technology.
Accomplishments include managing substantial cost reduction efforts,
coordinating development of complementary projects and developing tools to
help the organization identify technology resources and expenses. Since
leaving ML in 1996, he has advised C-level management on cost control,
integration, outsourcing and risk management. His client list includes:
S&P, OceanWest, ING, Deutsche Bank, Scudder, Kemper and UBS. Yves earned an MBA in Finance
from New York University, Stern School of Business and a BA in Economics
from University of Rochester. |
Augusta Sterne Augusta is a marketing
professional with over 25 years of experience helping companies develop and
implement successful marketing strategies. Augusta spent 12 years at
American Express where she was a Vice President of Marketing. Her
accomplishments included developing and managing acquisition and retention
programs for charge card customers and business development for both the
Card and Travelers Cheques divisions. Since leaving American Express in
1994, she worked on assignments in both consumer and business-to-business
marketing. Her client list includes: JP Morgan, American Express, Ernst &
Young, Prudential Financial, AT&T Wireless Services, Dime Savings Bank,
Morgan Stanley and U.S. Trust. Augusta earned an MBA in
Marketing from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt
University. She recently helped
design and launch new websites for International Center for Clubhouse
Development and Helen Keller International. |
